Tom Cairns is an Executive with nearly 40 years of experience with major Industry leaders, mainly but not exclusively, in the IT Industry. Tom’s roles focused on leading and managing sales and marketing organizations across the West, Central and Eastern Europe, Russia, Middle East, Africa and selected Asia Pacific territories, driving new revenue and increased profit for vendors and their channel partners.

He formed SalesTechnique Ltd. 3 years ago as a business consulting and education company. In todays’ rapidly changing markets and customer buying behaviours driven mainly by new digital technology, he wanted to share his knowledge and industry experience to help companies increase skills and so transform their sales, marketing and management teams to reach their desired business outcomes and KPI’s.

He really enjoys consulting with business executives to help build a high performing sales culture within their company sales, management and sales support teams. “We are all in sales now” to quote Daniel H Pink.
